About JMJ
JMJ’s Story
— Who are we?
At JMJ Community Partners, we believe every person is a gift. That’s why we walk alongside individuals with disabilities and their families—from diagnosis through every stage of life—with care that’s person-centered, community-driven, and rooted in dignity.
Not sure how to apply for disability services in Colorado? We walk families through every step — from the first phone call to the first care plan.
We’re here to help families navigate the tough stuff—Medicaid, healthcare, school, work—and build lasting support systems that foster independence, connection, and joy.
We keep it simple: do the little things well, love people deeply, and help every community see the beauty of mutual care.
JMJ’s Mission
— What is our goal?
Building communities where every person with a disability is family—seen, dignified, and deeply loved.
JMJ’s Vision
— How do we do it?
We place families and communities at the heart of providing services and support for people with disabilities—so that, through mutual dependency, all may come to know the dignity and beauty of each human person.
As committed disability advocates in Colorado, we don’t just provide services — we show up in government spaces, at case management meetings, and in your corner.
Our desire is to impact communities by living a simple, faithful life: doing the little things well and devoting our time and talents to creating space in every person to feel supported, seen, and whole.
